Full Time IT Infrastructure Operations Manager Jobs, in Genrobot.AI - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Operations professional to build and manage our overseas infrastructure and large-scale embodied AI / robotics clusters.

This role will take ownership of infrastructure operations, cloud-native platform development, enterprise IT, and security, ensuring reliable and scalable infrastructure to support our global business expansion.

What You'll Do

1. Embodied AI Cluster Operations

• Build and manage operations systems for large-scale overseas embodied AI and robotics clusters.
• Oversee device onboarding, remote management, computing resource scheduling, OTA updates, system monitoring, fault diagnosis, and automated recovery.
• Ensure high availability, operational stability, and scalability of deployed device clusters.

2. Cloud-Native Infrastructure

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes, containers, and microservices.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, elastic scaling, and observability systems covering monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing.
• Improve infrastructure efficiency, reliability, and operational costs.

3. Enterprise IT & Infrastructure Operations

• Manage corporate IT infrastructure, including office networks, end-user devices, and collaboration systems.
• Establish IT asset management, support processes, and service response mechanisms to ensure efficient daily operations.

4. Cybersecurity & Data Security

• Build and implement enterprise-wide security frameworks covering network perimeter protection, endpoint and application security, identity and access management, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and incident response.
• Establish data security practices across the entire data lifecycle, including data classification, encryption, anonymization, access control, audit trails, and privacy compliance.
• Drive security compliance initiatives such as MLPS (Multi-Level Protection Scheme) and ISO 27001.

5. Operations Framework & Team Leadership

• Establish infrastructure operations and SRE standards, processes, KPIs, and emergency response mechanisms.
• Develop automation tools and operational workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Lead and develop the operations team, building scalable enterprise-level infrastructure capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or related fields, including 2+ years of team management experience.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, container technologies, and cloud-native ecosystems, with hands-on experience building cloud-native platforms from the ground up or at scale.
• Proven experience managing large-scale device or computing clusters, with knowledge of edge computing, remote device management, and OTA mechanisms.
• Practical experience in network security, cybersecurity operations, data security, and security compliance.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring and observability, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated operations toolchains.
• Excellent leadership, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently establish and execute operational frameworks.
• Professional English communication skills and willingness to be based in Singapore long-term or travel internationally as required.

Nice to Have

• Experience operating AI computing clusters (GPU/NPU), embodied AI systems, robotics, or large-scale IoT device fleets.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity compliance frameworks, including MLPS and ISO 27001.
