Responsibilities
Basic $5,000–$6,000 + Uncapped Commission!
Salary & Benefits
Basic: $5,000–$6,000
Overriding Commission: Minimum $3,000 and above, uncapped
Annual Leave, Medical Benefits & Insurance Coverage
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of 8–12 EV sales personnel to achieve sales targets.
Develop sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
Oversee the full sales process, from enquiries to vehicle delivery.
Coach the team on EV product knowledge, sales techniques and closing strategies.
Monitor sales performance and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience; EV experience preferred.
Proven experience managing a sales team of 5 or more.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of EV products and the Singapore automotive market.
Target-driven and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
