Role Summary

To provide strategic leadership, commercial direction and financial oversight for the Business Development & Product Expansion Department, ensuring sustainable sales growth, healthy retailer accounts, effective credit management and profitable business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Business Strategy & Growth: Develop business strategies, identify new opportunities, partnerships and expansion channels.
• Retailer & Key Account Management: Oversee retailer accounts, maintain key relationships and resolve major commercial issues.
• Financial & Credit Management: Monitor outstanding payments, manage credit risks and improve collection performance.
• Sales Performance: Monitor sales targets, revenue, profitability and overall commercial performance.
• Operations & Inventory: Oversee Purchase Order/Sales Order processes, stock allocation, replenishment and inventory management.
• OEM & Product Expansion: Identify new OEM opportunities, evaluate product feasibility, costing, pricing and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the Business Development Executive, establish KPIs and ensure effective team performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Sales or any related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management or Commercial Management.
• Proven experience in managing key accounts, retail partnerships and business expansion.
• Experience in OEM, product development or new product expansion will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, make strategic business decisions and present performance reports to top management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
