Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.

At least 2 years of experience in the F&B or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.

Hands-on, responsible and customer-focused.

Good leadership, teamwork and communication skills.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Lead daily shifts and support the Restaurant Manager in outlet operations.

Ensure efficient service, consistent food quality and restaurant cleanliness.

Train, supervise and guide restaurant crew members.

Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage and manage cash handling.

Oversee restaurant operations in the Restaurant Manager's absence.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
