Full Time Recruitment Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Career Channel Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Recruitment Manager to lead our Client's recruitment and talent acquisition function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring activities and leading a recruitment team to support the company's manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments, including contract workers.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and business requirements.
• Lead, guide and supervise the recruitment team.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-demand positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Manage recruitment channels, job portals, recruitment agencies and sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, time-to-fill, hiring costs and recruitment effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs and recruitment drives.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 5–8 years of solid experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience managing a recruitment team of at least 3 staff.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies and candidate assessment.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and organisational skills.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Experience supporting recruitment within a manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
