Full Time Sales Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Bawal Exclusive Selangor - Maukerja

Job Purpose

To support daily boutique operations by providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling Bawal Exclusive products, achieving assigned sales targets, and maintaining high standards of boutique presentation and operational efficiency.

The position is responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall sales performance and brand reputation of Bawal Exclusive.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the boutique
• Providing product information and explaining ongoing promotions
• Handling sales transactions and customer payments
• Arranging and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the boutique
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking
• Achieving sales targets set by the company
• Assisting with boutique opening and closing duties

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in retail or sales will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
