Full Time Production Operator Jobs, in IDEMIA Federal Territory - Maukerja

The Production Operator manages various production activities like assembly, material forming or shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc. to ensure production excellence and to meet established specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage targets, quality standards and service-level agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure production activities are completed within agreed service level targets (SLAs).
• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment while performing basic troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Support efficient production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and performance goals.
• Conduct quality checks and assist in raw material preparation, inventory supply, and workflow management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety, quality, security, and environmental standards, promptly reporting any issues or anomalies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a related operational or production role, fresh graduates are welcome
• Responsible, committed, and able to work well in a team
• Physically fit and healthy
• Has a good personal background record
• Willing to work fully onsite in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, and support shift-based operations when required.
