We're Hiring – Monitoring Lead

We are looking for an experienced Monitoring Lead with strong expertise in IT monitoring, incident analysis, diagnostics, and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT systems using Nexthink, ServiceNow, and other monitoring dashboards.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), identify recurring issues, and recommend permanent fixes.
• Drive proactive and predictive monitoring, automation, and self-healing solutions.
• Collaborate with support teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage reporting, documentation, and continuous service improvement.
