Working Hours
Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Rotating Shift)

Minimum Qualification: Nitec / Local Polytechnic Diploma

Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support and deliver excellent end-user experience. This role is responsible for supporting end-user computing, managing IT assets, handling incident management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

Job Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical troubleshooting support via phone, email, and deskside for desktop, network, hardware, and software issues.
• Log, track, and follow up on reported issues until they are resolved and closed.
• Provide technical guidance to users on the functionality and usage of hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Deliver deskside support to office users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with their devices.
• Assist the Systems team with end-user device deployment projects when required.
• Provide IT support in both office and cleanroom environments.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology.
• At least 2 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues.
• Willing and able to work in a cleanroom environment when required.
