Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Assist the team with daily accounting and administrative operations.
Process invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.
Perform data entry into the accounting system and ensure precise record-keeping.
Support month-end financial closing and report preparation.
Handle general filing, documentation management, and admin support.
Requirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or possess a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related fields.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
Meticulous, organized, and attentive to details.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to commit for a minimum duration of 3 months.
