Requirements
3+ years of managerial experience
Strong leadership & communication skills
Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
Experience with scheduling, P&L & stock take
Training Commitment
12 weeks intensive training
Pass Assistant Outlet Manager Test (6 months)
Pass Chef Level 1 Test (9 months)
