Customer Service Executive (English Speaking)

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor
Job Type: Full-Time
Basic Salary: RM2,500 - RM 2,800 per month

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to join our team in Ara Damansara, Selangor.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates who have good English communication skills. No prior customer service experience is required, as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, live chat, email and social media platforms.
• Assist customers with enquiries, concerns and service related issues.
• Provide accurate information and professional customer support.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification (pass).
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing.
• Minimum Versant English Score of 60.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.

Working Hours

• Working schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• 9.5 hours per day.
• 5 working days per week.
