TVS SCS Malaysia Sdn Bhd is part of TVS Supply Chain Solutions, a global supply chain solutions provider delivering integrated logistics and supply chain management services to customers across various industries.

We are looking for a detail oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our team in Subang Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable activities, processing payments, supporting monthly financial reporting and ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures. The role will also provide accounting support to other countries within the group as required.

• Review payment requisitions and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring proper verification, coding and timely recording in the accounting system
• Manage accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, payment preparation and monitoring of outstanding payments
• Prepare and process online payments in accordance with the company's approval procedures and payment schedules
• Send the SOA and follow up the payment with local customer and overseas agent
• Assist and prepare the SST report for submission
• Check and keep track of monthly expense claims as per guideline set
• Extract the monthly financial statement upon closing the month end account
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Provide accounting and accounts payable support to other countries within the group as required.
