Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling and real-time management.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels to meet operational and service-level targets.
• Analyse workforce performance, productivity and capacity requirements.
• Manage WFM teams and drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders on workforce strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant managerial experience in Workforce Management within the BPO / Call Centre industry.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in WFM tools, Excel and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Open to both local and expatriate candidates.
