Full Time ZAKAT OPERATION ADMIN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Farmasi Ar Rahimi (Puncak Alam) Selangor - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Company's Zakat programmed to ensure efficient execution and compliance with Company policies and operational procedures.
• Zakat Submission and Pharmacy Coordination
• Support the development and implementation of initiatives to strengthen the Company's Zakat programme and pharmacy network.
• Coordinate inventory planning and product allocation for Zakat programmes.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of Zakat operations and business objectives
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements relating to Zakat operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

At least 1 year of experience in administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic knowledge and ability to utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar AI applications)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
