Possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of air compressor systems, including their mechanical and electrical components.

Proficiency in performing routine preventive maintenance tasks on various types of air compressors to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues within air compressor systems, including motor controls and power supply problems.

Experience with or a strong aptitude for understanding and working with inverter drive systems commonly used in modern air compressors.

Ability to perform mechanical repairs, including component replacement, lubrication, and system adjustments.

Capable of reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to effectively perform maintenance and repairs.

Commitment to safety protocols and best practices in a workshop and field service environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet service schedules.

Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns, providing on-site repair and maintenance services to minimize downtime for clients.
