Order Processing & Administration


Process and coordinate retail outlet orders accurately and on time.
Perform order entry, updates, amendments, and operational transactions in company systems.
Verify order details, quantities, pricing, and supporting information.
Follow up on outstanding, delayed, or incomplete orders.
Maintain proper documentation and records.


Data Entry & Management


Perform accurate and timely data entry in Excel, SAP, or ERP systems.
Maintain and update operational trackers, pricing information, outlet records, and product data.
Ensure data accuracy and resolve missing or incorrect information.
Support master data updates and administrative record maintenance.


Retail Outlet Support


Provide daily operational support to retail outlets.
Coordinate and follow up on issues relating to orders, stock, pricing, promotions, and operational requests.
Track and resolve outstanding requests in a timely manner.
Escalate urgent issues when necessary.


Coordination & Operations Support


Liaise with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Marketing teams.
Support promotional activities, product launches, stock movements, and retail initiatives.
Maintain operational trackers and assist in report preparation.
Support ad-hoc projects and operational assignments.
