Full Time Senior Reliability Manager Data Center Jobs, in NES Fircroft Federal Territory - Maukerja

I am supporting an established data centre operator with the appointment of a Senior Manager, Reliability Engineering in Greater Kuala Lumpur.

This is a senior technical position for someone who understands why critical equipment fails, how to prevent repeat incidents and how maintenance strategies should evolve as infrastructure ages.

It is not a general facilities-management role. You will work alongside the site operations and engineering teams as the reliability specialist, providing independent technical advice across critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

The work will involve:

• Assessing equipment and operational risks before they affect availability
• Leading investigations following major technical incidents
• Establishing immediate controls and ensuring permanent corrective actions are completed
• Challenging suppliers and equipment manufacturers to identify actual failure causes
• Identifying recurring faults and ensuring lessons are applied across the facility
• Improving preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance
• Reviewing equipment condition, alarms and performance trends
• Supporting long-term asset, replacement and obsolescence planning
• Improving equipment availability, maintainability and overall site reliability
• Reviewing the technical capability of contractors and service providers

I would like to speak with reliability professionals who can give clear examples of:

• FMEA or similar equipment-risk assessments
• RCA and CAPA following critical incidents
• Predictive or condition-based maintenance
• Equipment-health and failure-trend analysis
• OEM-led technical investigations
• Asset lifecycle and replacement planning
• Measurable improvements in uptime, availability, MTBF or MTTR

Experience within data centres would be valuable, but strong candidates from semiconductor manufacturing, utilities, pharmaceutical facilities or other high-availability environments may also be considered.

An electrical or mechanical engineering background can both be relevant. The important part is having genuine ownership of reliability investigations, maintenance improvements and critical-asset performance.
