Full Time Production Planning Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in SOITEC MICROELECTRONICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

·      Plan and present daily, weekly production activitiesin the semiconductor Fab.

·      Develop production schedules based on customerdemand, production capacity, WIP levels, equipment availability, and deliveryrequirements.

·      Monitor Lots daily movement through steps/layersto ensure targets are achieved.

·      Coordinate closely with Operations, Process, EquipmentEngineering, Yield Engineering, Quality, and Order Management teams.

·      Monitor production performance and identify issuesaffecting output, target fulfillment and OTD.

·      Adjust/control production plans according toequipment downtime, process constraints, material availability, and priorities changing.

·      Analyze production data and provide recommendationsto improve throughput, capacity utilization, and cycle time.

·      Report preparation and communicate productionstatus, risks, and recovery plans to relevant stakeholders.

·      Participate in CIP related to Fab productivity,WIP control, cycle-time reduction, on hold lots disposition and productionefficiency.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s Degree in IE, ManufacturingEngineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a relatedfield.

·      Over 3 years of experience in semiconductormanufacturing, wafer Fab, production planning, production control, or a relatedfield.

·      Candidates with good understanding ofsemiconductor manufacturing processes and flow are strongly preferred.

·      Knowledge of WIP management, productionscheduling, capacity planning, and cycle-time management.

·      Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office,Power BI. Knowledge of Gemini is an advantage.

·      Good in presentation, communication andcoordination skills.

·      Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment and in Swing shift (Sunday-Thursday, Off Fri & Sat OR Tuesday to Saturday, Off Sun & Mon)
