Full Time Urgent hiring: Assistant Manager, Quality (MNC - EMS - QMS) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Quality Manager in leading the Quality team to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

• Supervise, coach, and develop Quality team members while overseeing incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.

• Manage customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Support internal and customer audits while maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

• Monitor quality performance, analyse defect trends, and prepare quality reports for management and customers.

• Oversee Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including the disposition of non-conforming or aged materials and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes.

• Ensure compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards, customer requirements, and company policies.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including team supervisory responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, customer audits, product qualification, and quality control processes.

• Familiarity with RBA standards would be an advantage.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Participate in conference calls outside regular working hours when required.
