Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the Cleaning Operations Team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with the preparation, updating and maintenance of operational records, manpower deployment schedules, attendance records and other relevant documents.
• Assist in tracking manpower deployment, vacancies, replacements and staff movements across cleaning sites.
• Prepare and submit attendance records and other required documents accurately and on time.
• Assist in processing purchase requisitions (PR), invoices, claims and other administrative documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of cleaning operations records, staff information and client-related documents.
• Assist cleaners and supervisors with HR apps.
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties to support the Operations Team.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good organisational, coordination and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, clients and vendors.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
• A proactive team player who is willing to learn and support daily operational needs.
• Experience in administration or facilities management is an advantage but not essential.
