We're Hiring: Network Engineer Expert

Location: Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite per week

Employment Type: Contract until December 2027 (with potential for extension)

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer Expert with strong hands-on expertise in F5 BIG-IP APM, Cisco VPN, and enterprise network security to support production infrastructure and network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain F5 BIG-IP APM and Cisco VPN solutions in production environments.
• Support enterprise network security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN connectivity, and data-centre networking.
• Perform network upgrades, patching, maintenance, migrations, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Troubleshoot complex network incidents and perform root-cause analysis to ensure service stability and availability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, work instructions, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable and secure network services.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant network engineering experience.
• Hands-on production experience with F5 BIG-IP APM and Cisco VPN is essential.
• Experience working in a banking, insurance, or telecommunications production environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, VPN technologies, and network security.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco data-centre networking, or F5 GTM is an advantage.
• Cloud VPN experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Good command of English and willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Puchong.
