1. Role Description
This position reports to the Team Leader and other matters to Director and works with clients, migrant domestic worker candidates, overseas recruitment partners and internal operations staff. The trainee will learn to manage the end-to-end employment agency relationship: identify household and caregiving needs, assess and match suitable candidates, facilitate interviews and selection, coordinate placement documentation and deployment, and provide structured post-placement support. The attachment develops consultative employment-services, relationship-management, case-management and regulatory-compliance capabilities in a MOM-licensed employment agency, Master Maid Agency Pte Ltd.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Besides the general orientation on company rules and culture, the trainee will be involved in:
i. Conducting structured needs analysis with prospective employers, including household composition, caregiving needs, job scope, preferences, budget and timeline.
ii. Reviewing candidate biodata, employment history, skills, interview responses and stated preferences to shortlist suitable matches.
iii. Facilitating employer-candidate interviews, documenting feedback and advising both parties on realistic job expectations.
iv. Managing client enquiries and follow-ups from first contact through selection, documentation, deployment and handover.
v. Coordinating with internal administrators and overseas partners on required documents, medical checks, training, travel and deployment milestones.
vi. Explaining agency services, fees, replacement terms and key employer responsibilities clearly and accurately.
vii. Maintaining complete and accurate records of leads, interviews, selections, cases and follow-up actions in company systems.
viii. Conducting post-placement check-ins, identifying adjustment issues, facilitating communication and escalating complex cases to management.
ix. Handling personal data and case information in accordance with company procedures, the PDPA and applicable MOM employment agency requirements.
x. Reviewing cases and service outcomes with the trainer to improve matching quality, communication and case resolution.
