Digital Marketing Intern

Overdott Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and brand development within the fragrance industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Assist in managing Overdott’s social media platforms, including scheduling posts, updating profiles, and maintaining daily social media activities.
• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content, including photos, short-form videos, captions, and promotional materials for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Campaign & Product Launches: Support the marketing team in preparing content for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand events.
• Customer Service & Community Engagement: Assist in responding to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
• On-Site Content Creation: Participate in photoshoots, events, product launches, and other company activities to capture photos and videos for social media.
• Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking social media engagement, audience growth, and content performance.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content follows Overdott’s brand identity, visual guidelines, and tone of voice.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media, fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle trends, and contribute fresh content ideas.
• Other Duties: Perform any other reasonable social media, marketing, or administrative tasks assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Available for an internship period of 3 to 6 months.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of content creation, photography, or video editing is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle brands is a plus.

Location: Bukit Angkat, Kajang, Selangor
Internship Duration: 3–6 months
