Job Descriptions:

• Update and maintain the SmartPlant 3D (S3D) model based on Plant Change requirements and provided redline markups.
• Review Plant Change drawings and documents against the original source files before carrying out updates.
• Update and convert drawing layouts based on redline markups across the relevant engineering disciplines.
• Identify drawings and documents requiring updates and provide the necessary information for the Plant Change Master Deliverable List.
• Perform drawing and document updates in accordance with client standards, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on updated models, drawings, and documents, including database checking and report preparation.
• Identify unclear instructions, discrepancies, or technical issues and raise Technical Clarification (TEQ) forms for client clarification.
• Prepare updated drawings and documents for client review and acceptance.
• Publish approved or completed updated documents to P-EDMS through the Nested Engineering Module, as required by the project scope.
• Generate and provide soft copies of updated drawings in PDF format from SmartPlant 3D.
• Maintain accurate records of completed Plant Change document updates and submit the relevant reports and lists.
• Ensure project data and files are handled in accordance with applicable client cybersecurity and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-7 years of practical project experience as an S3D Administrator.
• Must have relevant experience in oil and gas and petrochemical plant projects.
• Hands-on experience in 3D model administration and updating is required.
