Full Time Lecturer-Senior Lecturer - Marketing Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in City University Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and other teaching activities as assigned by the Head of Department.
• Contribute to the development, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Marketing curriculum and academic programmes.
• Develop and update teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods to enhance student learning.
• Monitor and report on students’ academic performance, achievements, and attendance.
• Develop, administer, and mark examinations, assignments, projects, and other assessments.
• Provide academic guidance, consultation, and constructive feedback to students.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and university activities.
• Contribute to research, scholarly publications, conference presentations, and research supervision, particularly at Senior Lecturer level.
• Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Marketing from a recognised university for the Lecturer position.
• A PhD in Marketing from a recognised university is required for the Senior Lecturer position.
• At least one (1) year of teaching experience in tertiary education.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Marketing, with the ability to teach relevant Marketing subjects effectively.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to contribute to curriculum development, student assessment, and academic programme delivery.
• Research experience and a record of scholarly publications are expected for the Senior Lecturer position.
• Experience in supervising undergraduate or postgraduate research projects will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within an academic team.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
