Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

* Develop new business opportunities in data centres, commercial and industrial sectors.

* Build strong relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors and end users.

* Manage project pipelines, quotations, tenders and sales negotiations.

* Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver customer solutions.

* Monitor sales performance, market trends and payment collections.

* Prior experience with UPS preferred.

Requirements

* Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.

* Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in UPS or electrical power systems.

* Strong business development, negotiation and communication skills.

* Self-driven, results-oriented and a good team player.

* Willing to travel when required.
