Full Time Admin - Sales Support (Bedok Industrial area) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,200 in ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client is looking for an Admin / Operations Assistant to support their daily business operations and sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling administrative tasks, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Work Location: Bedok North Street 5 (Industrial Area)

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Salary Budget: SGD 2200 - SGD 3000

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to daily emails, forwarding enquiries to appropriate sales personnel and replying to customer questions via WhatsApp, phone, and email

• Generate accurate Delivery Orders and Invoices to support sales transactions

• Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, to prepare documents and reports

• Collaborate effectively with team members to support sales and administrative functions

• Assist sales team by preparing quotations and verifying stock availability with local suppliers

• Perform administrative duties such as organizing delivery orders, invoices, and entering data into company systems

• Communicate clearly and professionally to facilitate teamwork and customer interactions

• Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned to support business operations

Requirement:

• N or O level with at least 1 year relevant working experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Words, Excel and PowerPoint

• Must be comfortable working in industrial area at Bedok

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to learn attitude
