  • Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations and staff retention.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave administration, overtime, claims and employee records.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and transfers in compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, CPF contributions, foreign worker levies and other statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and guidelines in accordance with company requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Manage employee performance, training, development, disciplinary matters and grievance resolution.
  • Coordinate with department heads and supervisors on manpower planning, workforce allocation and employee-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation and prepare regular HR reports for management.
  • Liaise with government authorities, recruitment agencies, training providers and other external parties on HR-related matters.
  • Support management in improving HR processes, employee engagement and overall workforce efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in human resource management, preferably in the construction, engineering or manpower services industry.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM work pass procedures, CPF contributions and foreign worker regulations.
  • Experience in payroll administration, attendance management, employee relations and HR documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management or payroll systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and capable of handling HR matters in a fast-paced working environment.
