Full Time Rust Lead Engineer Jobs, in Ambition - Maukerja

We're partnering with a leading global investment firm seeking a Rust Lead Engineer. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building and scaling high-performance platforms supporting multiple asset classes. You'll own architecture, drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and remain actively involved in software development.

Key Requirements

• Strong software engineering background within trading, investment management, or financial markets technology.
• Experience leading the design and delivery of complex distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills in Rust.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace, or Kinesis.
• Proven ability to lead engineers while remaining hands-on.
• Experience with modern software delivery practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud technologies.
• AWS or Azure experience.
• FIX protocol knowledge.
