KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage quantity surveying and contract administration activities across major LTA civil infrastructure projects.
Prepare and evaluate progress claims, variation orders and final accounts for subcontractors and clients.
Handle tender documentation, cost estimates, quotations and subcontractor procurement throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project budgets, cost reports and cash flow, ensuring effective commercial and cost control.
Review subcontractor claims, contractual obligations and payment certifications in accordance with contract requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants and subcontractors to resolve contractual and commercial matters.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, with senior positions requiring stronger commercial exposure.
Experience in LTA MRT Stations, Underground Structures, Tunnelling or major Civil Infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of post-contract administration, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
Familiarity with tendering, cost estimation, subcontractor procurement and construction contracts.
Good commercial awareness, negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and relevant QS software.
