Manage Construction Costs, Contracts & Commercial Activities Across Major LTA Civil Infrastructure Projects

Company: Leading A1 Main Contractor

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week

Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 per Month (Highly Negotiable)

Project Location: Singapore

Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage quantity surveying and contract administration activities across major LTA civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and evaluate progress claims, variation orders and final accounts for subcontractors and clients.
• Handle tender documentation, cost estimates, quotations and subcontractor procurement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, cost reports and cash flow, ensuring effective commercial and cost control.
• Review subcontractor claims, contractual obligations and payment certifications in accordance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants and subcontractors to resolve contractual and commercial matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, with senior positions requiring stronger commercial exposure.
• Experience in LTA MRT Stations, Underground Structures, Tunnelling or major Civil Infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of post-contract administration, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Familiarity with tendering, cost estimation, subcontractor procurement and construction contracts.
• Good commercial awareness, negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and relevant QS software.
