B**JOB VACANCY: HOTEL TECHNICIAN (MULTITASKING)**

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and hands-on **Hotel Technician** to maintain the hotel's facilities and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Perform routine maintenance and repair work in guest rooms and hotel public areas.

* Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other maintenance issues.

* Carry out minor repairs, painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.

* Conduct regular inspections to ensure hotel facilities are safe and well-maintained.

* Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and requests from hotel guests and staff.

* Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by management.

* Ensure all maintenance work is completed properly and safely.

**Requirements:**

* Must be hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently.

* Must be willing to multitask and handle various maintenance duties.

* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repair work.

* Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a related field is an advantage.

* Able to work on-call when required.

* Good problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude.
