Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Retail or sales experience is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, friendly and comfortable approaching customers.

Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.

Well-groomed and professional.

Able to work in a team and follow company SOPs.

Salary: RM2,000 with commission of 3% - 6%

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Intern

Working Hours: 2 shifts (9.30am-6.30pm or 12.30pm-10pm)

Benefits: Commission can go up to 15%

Welcome and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Introduce and recommend Melange Korea skincare and beauty products based on customers’ needs.

Explain product benefits, usage and promotions clearly.

Demonstrate products and assist customers with product selection.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Follow up with customers regarding promotions, new products and offers.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the outlet is clean and organised.

Assist with stock checking, replenishment and daily outlet operations.

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally.
