Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, Dietetics or related fields.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong interest in food, nutrition, health supplements and product development.

Basic understanding of food formulation, ingredients and nutritional composition.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to interact with pharmacy staff and customers.

Creative and curious, with a good sense of taste, flavours and consumer preferences.

Comfortable with market visits and some customer-facing activities.

Good analytical, research and presentation skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Willing to travel locally when required.

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Research and monitor trends in functional foods, nutrition and health supplements.

Conduct regular market visits to pharmacies and retail outlets and engage with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and frontline staff to understand consumer needs and market trends.

Research new ingredients, product concepts, flavours and product formats.

Assist in new product development, including formulation, nutritional composition, flavour development and sensory evaluation.

Conduct product tasting and evaluate taste, texture, aroma, appearance and consumer acceptability.

Assist in improving existing products based on market and consumer feedback.

Identify potential new product categories, market opportunities and business opportunities.

Work with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market demand and competitor activities.

Provide nutrition and product knowledge support for product presentations, marketing materials and customer enquiries.

Where required, participate in pharmacy visits, product demonstrations, customer meetings and basic sales/business development activities.

Assist with R&D documentation, ingredient research, formulation trials and product testing.

Work closely with R&D, Production, QA, Regulatory, Sales and Marketing teams.
