Full Time Registered Nurse – General Ward | Emergency Department Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,500 in Askheadhunter Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional, and patient-centred nursing care in the General Ward.
• Assess patients’ conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions according to established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Monitor patients’ progress, vital signs, and overall condition, and promptly report any abnormalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
• Assist doctors during ward rounds, examinations, treatments, and procedures when required.
• Educate and provide emotional support to patients and their family members.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and nursing standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse with a valid Malaysian Nursing Board registration.
• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Nursing are welcome to apply.
• Experienced nurses with General Ward, Medical, Surgical, or related ward experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
