We are looking for a senior AI/UX Consultant to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered products and enterprise experiences. The role combines UX strategy, AI/ML, data analytics, responsible AI, and Google Cloud AI to create scalable, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI & UX Strategy

• Lead UX strategy and design vision for complex AI-powered products and platforms.
• Define design standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI-driven experiences.
• Conduct user and design research to identify emerging needs and AI opportunities.
• Influence product roadmaps and business strategy through data-driven design insights.
• Design transparent and explainable AI experiences that build user trust.

AI/ML & Data Integration

• Design AI-powered features and workflows that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Architects on scalable AI solutions.
• Translate AI models, analytics, and complex datasets into intuitive user experiences.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks for AI initiatives.
• Evaluate data quality, bias, and representativeness to support responsible AI.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows that allow users to understand, validate, and challenge AI outputs.

UX & Design Leadership

• Lead end-to-end UX design from discovery and research through delivery.
• Conduct user research and create journey maps, service blueprints, design systems, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design complex experiences across web, mobile, conversational interfaces, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
• Lead design thinking workshops, innovation sprints, and stakeholder co-creation sessions.
• Present design strategies and recommendations to senior and C-level stakeholders.

Google Cloud AI

• Lead AI solution design using Google Cloud AI services, including Vertex AI, AutoML, and managed ML services.
• Leverage Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, conversational AI, and other Google AI capabilities to create enterprise solutions.
• Design end-to-end AI workflows on Google Cloud, from data ingestion and model development through deployment and monitoring.
• Work with BigQuery, data pipelines, and analytics platforms to support AI-powered solutions.
• Guide teams on MLOps practices including model training, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate emerging Google AI capabilities and translate them into practical enterprise use cases.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, client workshops, and AI transformation initiatives.

Responsible AI

• Champion responsible, ethical, transparent, and inclusive AI design.
• Identify and address risks related to bias, fairness, privacy, security, and transparency.
• Establish governance practices for responsible AI-powered experiences.
• Ensure solutions align with applicable regulatory and data privacy requirements such as PDPA and GDPR.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/HCI, Design, Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience working on AI/ML-powered products, with at least 3 years of professional UX/Design consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale UX/design projects from discovery to launch.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking, UX excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, limitations, and responsible AI principles.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Experience designing for web, mobile, conversational AI, dashboards, and data-rich applications.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, statistics, KPIs, experimentation, and applied ML concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI / Vertex AI / AutoML or similar Google-managed ML services.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, conversational AI, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with BigQuery, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of MLOps, including model training, deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Google AI APIs covering areas such as Natural Language, Vision, Speech, Recommendations, and Search.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
