Full Time Junior Account Executive (Account Receivable) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Ruma Home Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records accurately using accounting software.
• Verify daily customer payments and bank transactions against sales orders.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation and update bank transaction records.
• Handle customer payment verification, payment matching and account allocation.
• Assist in processing customer refunds and payment-related matters.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and payment issues.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Track, identify and resolve accounting or documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of payment records and supporting documents.
• Ensure daily accounting tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
• Competency in Google Sheet, databases and accounting software of SQL Accounting System
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Comfortable with repetitive daily work
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Can start Immediately

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
