Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and small-group aquatic sessions for children with special needs.
  • Plan and implement appropriate water-based activities according to each child's abilities, needs and developmental goals.
  • Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate session documentation.
  • Ensure safety, proper supervision and adherence to pool safety procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with parents, therapists and educators regarding children's progress.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in planning individualised programmes.
  • Participate in training, professional development and programme improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing aquatic activity plans, assessments and internal programme guidelines.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
