Full Time Assistant Chief Steward Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Weil Hotel Perak - Maukerja

• Team Supervision: Lead, train, and schedule the stewarding team.
• Sanitation & Hygiene: Ensure strict compliance with local health regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and Chemical safety regulations.
• Equipment & Inventory: Manage operating equipment, conduct regular inventories with outlet managers, and track breakage or losses.
• Kitchen Support: Supply food production areas, outlets, and banquets with clean utensils, glassware, and flatware.
• Budget & Cost Control: Assist the Executive Chef and F&B management with departmental budgets, labor costs, and chemical/supplies usage.
• Waste Management: Oversee proper garbage disposal and maintain cleanliness in waste handling areas.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
