Full Time Handyman Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,100 in SSRV (M) Selangor - Maukerja

About SSRV

SSRV (M) Sdn Bhd is a leading integrated property and facilities management service provider in Malaysia. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Handyman to support daily building maintenance operations at a client site in Cyberjaya.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine building inspections and general maintenance to ensure the premises remain safe, functional and well maintained.
• Carry out minor plumbing, painting, carpentry, patching, door and lock repairs, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Attend to maintenance requests, defects and complaints promptly.
• Identify building defects and report issues requiring specialised technical attention to the Facilities Management team.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and assist technicians or contractors when required.
• Maintain proper records of completed maintenance works and outstanding defects.
• Ensure tools, equipment and materials are properly maintained and used safely.
• Comply with site safety requirements, maintenance procedures and client instructions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in handyman work, building maintenance or a similar role.
• Basic practical skills in plumbing, painting, carpentry and general building repairs.
• Able to troubleshoot minor maintenance issues and complete assigned tasks independently.
• Responsible, punctual, proactive and able to work well with the site team.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
