Responsibilities:

• Provide application support and troubleshoot application issues in a production environment.
• Perform technical troubleshooting using Linux, Unix shell scripting, SQL (preferably MariaDB), and Java.
• Conduct structured impact analysis and root cause analysis to resolve application incidents.
• Support application implementation projects within financial institutions.
• Troubleshoot applications involving Hadoop, Kubernetes/VMware Pacific, and microservices concepts.
• Maintain high service quality in a 24x7 support environment through analytical problem-solving and effective communication.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an application support environment.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Unix shell scripting, SQL (preferably MariaDB), and Java programming.
• Experience with Hadoop, Kubernetes/VMware Pacific, and microservices concepts is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in application implementation projects within financial institutions are preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and structured impact analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure and experience working in a 24x7 support environment.
