Full Time Manufacturing Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in MAPA Gloves Perak - Maukerja

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing of gloves in accordance with production targets and quality standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain consistent product quality and minimize downtime
• Monitor and ensure gloves meet required quality specifications, including visual inspection, physical testing, and defect control
• Plan, organize, and optimize manpower allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Maintain and monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements
• Supervise, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and maintain discipline on the production floor
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Maintenance teams to resolve production and equipment issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for tracking and audit purposes
• Ensure proper housekeeping (5S) and safe (S) working environment within the production area.
• Train and develop operators to enhance skills, productivity, and quality awareness
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, rejection rate, and downtime
• · Assist in new product trials and process validation

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
