A well-known multinational in the medical technology space is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support regional marketing activities. You will create engaging marketing content and help the team execute plans across Southeast Asia in a friendly, office-based environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support patient-focused marketing, including design, content creation and campaign materials
• Help execute marketing plans for countries across Southeast Asia
• Design brochures, social media posts, presentations and other collateral using Adobe tools
• Prepare and edit content, including short videos and visuals where required
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver materials on time
• Support administration and logistics duties for the marketing department
• Maintain marketing assets and keep files and records organised
• Assist with event and campaign coordination as needed

What You'll Bring

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline and above
• 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing or design support is welcome
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or AI prompting tools is an advantage
• Good creativity, attention to detail and sense of design
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
