Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Staff Oversight & Training:
Supervise, schedule, train, and mentor team members while tracking performance.
Workflow & Process Management:
Monitor daily operational activities, streamline procedures, and eliminate bottlenecks.
KPI & Performance Tracking:
Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and departmental goals.
Compliance & Safety:
Enforce company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and health, safety, or legal regulations.
Inventory & Resource Coordination:
Oversee basic inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and supply distribution.
Conflict Resolution & Liasion:
Mediate team disagreements and relay updates or challenges between staff and senior leadership
