Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Human Resource cum Admin Executive to manage end-to-end human resources functions and daily office administration. You will play an important role in keeping our workforce organized, compliant, and well-supported while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirement
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources and office administration.
Experience in an SME, manufacturing, or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements, including payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to communicate confidently with stakeholders across different roles and cultures.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
Able to handle employee matters professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Highly motivated to learn and comfortable working in an environment undergoing process improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Ensure recruitment processes are carried out efficiently to minimize business disruption.
HR Records & Compliance
Maintain employee records, documents, and HR databases accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain training and development documentation and records.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Assist in preparing payroll for full-time and part-time employees accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Handle personnel administration matters, including overtime, insurance, and medical claims.
Employee Relations & Development
Serve as a point of contact for employee enquiries and HR-related matters.
Support management in handling workplace concerns and disciplinary matters.
Assist in maintaining and implementing company policies.
Plan and coordinate employee training and development programmes.
Maintain training records and monitor employee participation and compliance.
Office Administration & Inventory Management
Handle general office administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
Manage pantry supplies and office inventory.
Coordinate with internal departments, including fulfilment, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and daily operations.
