Requirements
Experience in engineering, technical, commercial, or marketing roles within the construction industry.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Marketing, Hydropower, or related fields.
Knowledge of soft soil foundation treatment, project bidding processes, and construction practices.
Strong business development, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Existing key client network is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing Director in developing and implementing the company's marketing strategies.
Develop new business opportunities in the infrastructure and geotechnical engineering sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients while monitoring industry trends.
Support project payment collection and collaborate with the Marketing Director to achieve business targets.
