Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in HR / Psychology, Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.

Creative thinking and able to generate innovative content ideas.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Extrovert, Outspoken & sales-driven personality

Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

Analytical mindset and having basic video and photo editing skills is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

At least 3 months internship duration

Support recruitment team in the sourcing of candidates
Publish job opportunities in appropriate job boards & social media

Perform resume screening and phone screening to candidates

Evaluate the match between the candidates and the job opportunities

Support recruitment team in scheduling interviews

Support employer branding activities like online recruitment branding initiatives, including video shooting for working vlogs, recruitment / interview tips, and other engaging content.

Assist in daily office job task
