Job Description

Requirements

  1. Assist chefs with food preparation and ingredient handling.

  2. Wash, cut and prepare ingredients according to kitchen standards.

  3. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.

  4. Assist with food storage and stock organisation.

  5. Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.

  6. Support daily kitchen operations and supervisors' instructions.

Responsibilities

  • No previous experience required.

  • Training will be provided.

  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene is an advantage.

  • Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous F&B or kitchen experience is an advantage.
