Job Scope: Building Technician (Commercial Building)

• Carry out daily inspections of the building, including common areas, facilities and equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical and building systems.
• Attend to maintenance complaints and repair requests from tenants and building management.
• Troubleshoot technical faults and carry out minor repairs when required.
• Monitor the operation of lifts, pumps, lighting, air-conditioning and other building facilities.
• Assist in coordinating and supervising external contractors during maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor the building's cleanliness, safety and general condition, and report any defects or hazards.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection checklists and work reports.
• Assist in monitoring car park facilities, access control systems and other building equipment.
• Perform any other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Building Manager or Building Executive.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
